The floor construction features 19mm heavy duty floor with 25mm solid board cavity insulation and with engineered oak in light smoked oak. The hanley features a epdm rubber roof construction. Entry is provided through a aluminium and double sliding door. The buildings windows are aluminium and double glazed. It is fitted with black ironmongery. Insulation and lining includes 50mm solid board cavity insulation. It includes internal partition, additional features include first fix internal cabling.
