Coloured painted finish
A comprehensive paint system is applied prior to your building leaving the factory. The paint system comprises of an initial undercoat and a further top coat of your chosen colour.

Your building can be internally lined with foil back bubble insulation to the walls and ceiling, covered with 12mm redwood tongue and groove matchboard.

Add a set of pressure treated floor bearers
Floor bearers are 45x45mm pressure treated lengths of timber which run in an opposite direction to the floor joists, making a crisscross formation. By taking away direct contact from the base, they allow air circulation and ventilation.

The following upgrade options are available on your Malvern Heavy Duty Shed:

– Internal partitions and walls can be added to your garden building to create additional rooms or storage sheds
– A covered, open sided decked area can be added to your building. Timber decking is used for this open area, with the option to upgrade to composite decking – a high density, heavy duty and weather resistant wood composite
– A 0.91m wide integral tidystore (Reverse Apex and Pent) or 0.91m logstore (Apex) can be added
