Door upgrade options are available on the following Office models:

Hanley, Haven, Harvington and Heightington:
– Upgrade to double sliding doors or French style doors (UPVC or aluminium), or aluminium bifold doors

Hallow:
– Upgrade to a single or double sliding doors (UPVC)

Additional doors can be added to your building where the layout allows.

Window upgrade options are available on the following Office models:

Hanley, Haven, Henwick, Harvington and Heightington:
– Upgrade to aluminium frame windows

Additional windows can be added to your building where the layout allows, including privacy style windows.

You can also upgrade to tinted glass, where all glazing has an anti-sun tint applied to one side of the unit.

Add integral blinds to your garden building, which fit perfectly inside the double-glazed unit for a neat and stylish solution.

Coloured painted finish
A comprehensive paint system is applied prior to your building leaving the factory. The paint system comprises of an initial undercoat and a further top coat of your chosen colour.

OFFICES & STUDIOS: Alternatively, you can opt for a clear lacquer finish.

Add wood strip decorative wallboard to your building – composite timber-effect slats mounted on a black felt backing.

Laminate flooring
Add premium, hard wearing laminate flooring to your building, with a wide range of styles to choose from.

Engineered oak flooring
Add engineered oak flooring to your building – a floor covering consisting of a solid wood top layer with a plywood base construction. Engineered wood flooring is constructed in a way that it provides better stability and resistance to variations in temperature and moisture, whilst giving the appearance of solid wood.

Internal partitions
Internal partitions and walls can be added to your garden building to create additional rooms or storage sheds, accessed via internal doors or external shed-style doors.

Integral open sided area
A covered, open sided decked area can be added to your building. Timber decking is used for this open area, with the option to upgrade to composite decking – a high density, heavy duty and weather resistant wood composite.

Please note, when adding an open sided area, heavy duty flooring must be included for the whole of the building footprint.
