This Hanley Flat features 19mm heavy duty redwood vertical tongue & groove cladding, the building has a painted finish in graphite grey. The floor construction features 19mm heavy duty floor with 25mm solid board cavity insulation and with laminate in bedrock oak. The hanley flat features a epdm rubber roof construction. Entry is provided through upvc and french doors. The buildings windows are upvc and double glazed. It is fitted with chrome ironmongery. Insulation and lining includes 50mm solid board cavity insulation and 9mm painted mdf moisture resistant tongue and groove board. It includes internal partition.
