This Hanley Flat features 18mm composite vertical tongue & groove cladding, the building has a painted finish in burnt cedar millboard . The floor construction features 19mm heavy duty floor with 25mm solid board cavity insulation and with laminate in ragnar light sand . The hanley flat features a epdm rubber roof construction. Entry is provided through a upvc and single sliding door. The buildings windows are upvc and double glazed. It is fitted with black ironmongery. Insulation and lining includes 50mm solid board cavity insulation and 9mm painted mdf moisture resistant tongue and groove board. It includes internal partition, additional features include first fix internal cabling.
