This Hanley Haven Office features 19mm heavy duty redwood vertical tongue & groove cladding, it includes high quality timber treatment, the finish is clear lacquer finish. The floor construction features 19mm heavy duty floor with 25mm solid board cavity insulation and with laminate in renaissance oak. The hanley haven office features a epdm rubber roof construction. Entry is provided through a single sliding door. The buildings windows are upvc and double glazed. It is fitted with chrome ironmongery. Insulation and lining includes 50mm solid board cavity insulation and 9mm painted mdf moisture resistant tongue and groove board. It includes open sided area, additional features include composite decking.
