This Hopton features 13mm redwood horizontal tongue & groove cladding. The floor construction features 19mm heavy duty tongue & groove floor and with laminate in laguna oak. The hopton features a cedar shingle roof construction with high pitch roof. Entry is provided through a cottage double door. The buildings windows are georgian windows. It is fitted with brass ironmongery. Insulation and lining includes 9mm painted mdf moisture resistant tongue and groove board. Additional features include first fix internal cabling.
