The floor construction features 19mm heavy duty tongue & groove floor and with laminate in dartmoor oak. The hopton features a slate effect tiles roof construction. Entry is provided through a cottage double door. The buildings windows are georgian windows. It is fitted with chrome ironmongery. Insulation and lining includes u foil insulation. Additional features include first fix internal cabling.
