This Kew Garden Room features 12mm heavy duty western red cedar horizontal tongue & groove cladding, it includes high quality timber treatment, the building has a painted finish in kew grey. The floor construction features 19mm heavy duty tongue & groove floor and with laminate in kew style hardwearing decorative tiles. The kew garden room features a cedar shingle roof construction. Entry is provided through a cottage double door. The buildings windows are single glazed and georgian windows. It is fitted with pewter ironmongery. Insulation and lining includes u foil insulation and 9mm painted mdf moisture resistant tongue and groove board. Additional features include first fix internal cabling.
