This Studio Apex features 13mm redwood horizontal tongue & groove cladding, it includes high quality timber treatment, the building has a painted finish in pebble. The floor construction features 19mm heavy duty tongue & groove floor. The studio apex features a polyester mineral felt roof construction. Entry is provided through a studio double door. The buildings windows are double glazed. It is fitted with chrome ironmongery. Insulation and lining includes u foil insulation. Additional features include first fix internal cabling.
