The floor construction features 19mm heavy duty tongue & groove floor and with laminate in canyon light. The studio corner flat features a epdm rubber roof construction. Entry is provided through a studio double door. The buildings windows are double glazed and tinted glass. It is fitted with chrome ironmongery. Insulation and lining includes u foil insulation and 9mm painted mdf moisture resistant tongue and groove board. Additional features include first fix internal cabling.
