This Studio Pavilion features 13mm redwood horizontal tongue & groove cladding, the building has a painted finish in estate blue. The floor construction features 19mm heavy duty tongue & groove floor and with laminate in texas brown. The studio pavilion features a bitumen felt tiles roof construction with high pitch roof. Entry is provided through a studio double door. The buildings windows are double glazed. It is fitted with chrome ironmongery. Insulation and lining includes u foil insulation and 9mm painted mdf moisture resistant tongue and groove board. It includes internal partition and open sided area, additional features include composite decking and first fix internal cabling.
