This Studio Pavilion features 13mm redwood horizontal tongue & groove cladding, it includes high quality timber treatment, the building has a painted finish in estate blue. The floor construction features 19mm heavy duty tongue & groove floor and with engineered oak in whitewashed oak. The studio pavilion features a bitumen felt tiles roof construction. Entry is provided through a double shed door and studio double door. The buildings windows are double glazed. It is fitted with chrome ironmongery. Insulation and lining includes u foil insulation and 9mm painted mdf moisture resistant tongue and groove board. It includes side shed, additional features include shelving, workbench, and first fix internal cabling.
