The floor construction features 19mm heavy duty tongue & groove floor and with laminate in old oak. The studio pavilion higher pitch features a slate effect tiles roof construction with high pitch roof. Entry is provided through a studio double door. The buildings windows are double glazed. Insulation and lining includes u foil insulation and 9mm painted mdf moisture resistant tongue and groove board. Additional features include first fix internal cabling.
