The floor construction features 19mm heavy duty tongue & groove floor. The studio pavilion with shed features a bitumen felt tiles roof construction. Entry is provided through a double shed door and studio double door. The buildings windows are double glazed. It is fitted with chrome ironmongery. Insulation and lining includes u foil insulation and 12mm whitewashed redwood tongue & groove lining. It includes internal partition and side shed, additional features include first fix internal cabling.
