This Studio Apex features 13mm redwood horizontal tongue & groove cladding, the building has a painted finish in green black. The floor construction features with laminate in pantin white oak. The studio apex features a bitumen felt tiles roof construction. Entry is provided through a studio double door. The buildings windows are double glazed. It is fitted with chrome ironmongery. Insulation and lining includes u foil insulation and 9mm painted mdf moisture resistant tongue and groove board. Additional features include first fix internal cabling.
