The studio pent features a epdm rubber roof construction. Entry is provided through a studio double door. The buildings windows are double glazed. It is fitted with chrome ironmongery. Insulation and lining includes u foil insulation and 12mm redwood tongue & groove lining. Additional features include first fix internal cabling.
