This Studio Pent features 13mm redwood horizontal tongue & groove cladding, the building has a painted finish in reflections. The floor construction features with laminate in canyon light. The studio pent features a epdm rubber roof construction. Entry is provided through a single shed door and studio double door. The buildings windows are double glazed and tinted glass. It is fitted with chrome ironmongery. Insulation and lining includes u foil insulation and 9mm painted mdf moisture resistant tongue and groove board. It includes internal partition and side shed, additional features include workbench and first fix internal cabling.
