This Studio Retreat features 13mm redwood horizontal tongue & groove cladding, it includes high quality timber treatment, the finish is clear lacquer finish. The floor construction features 19mm heavy duty tongue & groove floor and with laminate in patina classic oak. The studio retreat features a epdm rubber roof construction. Entry is provided through a studio double door. The buildings windows are double glazed. It is fitted with chrome ironmongery. Insulation and lining includes 9mm painted mdf moisture resistant tongue and groove board. It includes verandah, additional features include composite decking.
